Yes! Residential packages are valid for six months, and business packages are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. This gives you the flexibility to spread out sessions, handle phases of a project over time, or use remaining hours for future maintenance. There’s no pressure to use it all at once.

Yes. All organizing services begin with a paid consultation—either a 1-hour ($100–$150) or 2-hour ($250–$300) session, depending on the service type. This allows us to fully understand your space, preferences, and priorities before starting hands-on work. Your personalized plan will be based on what we learn in this session.

Pricing varies based on the experience level and certification of the organizer assigned to your project. We offer a range of professional organizers—some with specialized expertise in areas like chronic disorganization, ADHD or the needs of aging clients. During your consultation, we’ll match you with the right team and clearly explain pricing before you book.

Product recommendations are included, but actual shopping is billed at our standard hourly rate if you’d like us to source items for you. Alternatively, we can provide a detailed product list for you to shop on your own—whichever you prefer.
